Important Information for Rising Seniors

NC Law requires all students who will be entering 12^th grade to have a booster Meningitis vaccine for school.  This vaccination can be given at your primary care physician or the Cabarrus Health Aliance.

You will need to submit a copy by scan or fax of your child’s up to date vaccination record to the School Nurse.

This is also a great time to review with your doctor, your child’s vaccine history.
