Welcome to World History @ Cox Mill High School

Mrs. Fontan has been a part of the Charger Family at Cox Mill High School since spring of 2017 as a member of the Social Studies Department.  She started her teaching career shortly after graduating from Clemson University with a degree in Secondary Education in 2004, and completed her Masters of Education from Columbia College in 2014.   

She has taught a range of courses at all grade levels including World History, Principles of Civics, U.S. History, and Geography, along with several AP Histories including AP World History, AP World History: Modern, AP U.S. History and AP Human Geography.
