Each year CCHS gives the ACT to all 11th graders. The test this year will be given on March 7, 2023 at CCHS starting at 7:15am. Details below:

• This test administration is FREE.
• We will ensure that all 11th graders are registered for, and have the chance to take this test.
• The test is official and these test scores can be sent to colleges and universities, NCAA and scholarship organizations.
• All colleges in NC accept the ACT for admission purposes.
• Students can prepare for the test by doing test prep at https://www.cabarrus.k12.nc.us/Page/48225 and by knowing what college codes they want their scores to go to.
• There will be a makeup test if students miss the main test date.

Scores will be mailed to testers 6 to 8 weeks after the test.
