Ms. Jaslyn Davies
Hello! My name is Jaslyn Davies and this is my 15th year in education. I graduated from Liberty University with a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) and received a Master of Education (M. Ed.) in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration on Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL). I began my career in teaching as a classroom teacher, and later became specialized in teaching English as a second language. After teaching at the elementary school level for several years, I decided to move to middle school. At Concord Middle School, I will support students' language and literacy skills. My hope is to empower students to believe in their abilities. When I'm not teaching, I love to spend time with my family, going to the beach, travelling, and watching sports.
¡Hola! Mi nombre es Jaslyn Davies y este es mi decimoquinto año en educación. Me gradué de Liberty University con una Maestría en Enseñanza (MAT) y recibí una Maestría en Educación (M. Ed.) en Currículo e Instrucción con concentración en Enseñanza Inglés como segundo idioma (TESOL). Comencé mi carrera en la escuela primaria como maestra de aula y pasé a ser especialista en inglés como segundo idioma. Después de enseñar en el nivel de la escuela primaria durante varios años, decidí pasar a la escuela secundaria. En Concord Middle School, apoyaré las habilidades de lingüística y de lectura para todos los estudiantes. Mi esperanza es capacitar a los estudiantes para que crean en sus habilidades.Cuando no estoy enseñando, me encanta pasar tiempo con mi familia, viajar, ver deportes y estar afuera.
