ENERGY and Sustainability
Overview:
In this course students will assess current and future energy systems and their potential in meeting regional and global sustainable energy needs for the 21st century.
Students will learn about the scientific principles surrounding modern day energy supply and demand through teacher instruction, individual research, and group projects.
Coursework will include significant amounts of project planning and development. Technical knowledge and skills will be put into practice as students work together to create functional energy systems such as solar motors and turbines, etc.

Students each have their own digital notebook (Office 365 OneNote) that is home to all of our course resources and student work.
Our course uses Schoology.com as a learning management system. Here you will find many course resources and most importantly a timeline of our schedule and upcoming due dates for assignments.
