Welcome to my webpage. My classes this year include Spanish 2, 3ES and AP Spanish Language and Culture. All classes (including Student Help and FLEX) meet in room 406.
Spanish 2: Welcome to a class that will strengthen your ability in speaking and writing in Spanish. What we learn here will prepare you for Spanish 3. Expect to have about 10 - 15 minutes of homework a night that will review the vocabulary or grammar from the class. Homework is checked and reviewed daily.
Spanish 3ES: This is a pivotal year in Spanish language studies and will push students to become more adept at all four components of language learning: speaking, listening, reading and writing. Expect to have some written homework each night which may include a simple worksheet or a composition written in Spanish.
AP Spanish Language and Culture: This course will challenge you but you will also learn a good deal and will improve your ability to communicate in Spanish. The expectation is that students entering this class understand this is an AP course with all the usual demands of such a fast paced class.
STUDENTS: FLEX and Student Help sessions are held in room 406. Please do not hesitate to come on by and ask questions or give observations. Of course I will arrange to meet with students by appointment as the schedule allows.
