OneTL for All

OneTL is a parent-led 501(c)(3) volunteer organization whose mission is to advance the educational experience at Terra Linda High School. OneTL bridges the financial gap in district funding, and services as the umbrella fundraising organization for our booster clubs: Athletics (TLAB) and The Arts (Art, Theatre Arts, Music). Besides our booster clubs, OneTL also helps fund Academic Excellence (AE), the Scholarship Foundation, and so much more!

OneTL raises funds through our Family Giving Campaign and those donations are used to support programs at Terra Linda, including 35+ athletic teams, music, the arts (music, theatre arts, visual arts), teacher programs, STEM programs, community events, parent education, and more! Our board works in collaboration with administration, including the athletic department, to identify where we can make the most impact in bridging gaps in what the district funds. Representatives from each booster club, as well as Academic Excellence and the Scholarship Foundation serve on our board. 

Our booster clubs (Athletics (TLAB), and the Arts (Art, Theatre, Music) consist of volunteers passionate about specific areas, and may or separately fundraise through events or corporate donors. TL booster clubs are not 501(c)(3) organizations themselves, and thus, fall under OneTL. Each booster club has a representative who serves on the OneTL board and collectively we decide how to put your donations into action.

Academic Excellence (AE) and the Scholarship Foundation are separate 501(c)(3) organizations with their own boards and meetings. OneTL provides an annual grant to both organizations to help fund their programs. 

Absolutely! Donations to OneTL's Family Giving Campaign funds all athletic teams, including uniforms, equipment, team spirit, banners...anything the district cannot fund. The same can be said if your child is in music, art, theatre arts, clubs, or just enjoys being a student at TL. Your donation helps Terra Linda to be a thriving environment for all students. 

Great question! We are fortunate to have dedicated parents and coaches that care deeply about their teams and programs. In recent years, parents and coaches may not have been aware that OneTL could help fund certain items like banners, team dinners, spirit swag, or even equipment for their team or program.
