Ms. El Ammari comes to SRCS with a strong instructional background, with teaching and school leadership experiences at the elementary level, specializing in working with English learners. For the past 15 years, Ms. El Ammari has served New York City public schools as an English language development teacher, instructional coach and administrator. Most recently, she's played a central role in transforming an elementary school to a thriving, exemplary model that is widely recognized for its success. Ms. El Ammari holds a Master's degree in teaching English to speakers of other languages. She is proficient in Spanish and has a certificate in bilingual/ESL teacher leadership and an advanced certificate in educational leadership and administration.
