Alondra Huisinga
Members of the Ottumwa Bulldogs Archery team competed at state on Saturday, March 12. OHS freshman, Alondra Huisinga placed 8th in the High School Female Block division and qualified for nationals. Nationals will be held May 12-14 in Louisville, KY.
The Evans Middle School team also qualified for nationals. Team members include: Mason Renfrew, Hazel Baca, Dallas Fisk, Allison Swallow, Sarah Miller, Mylia Huisinga-Baugh, Baliegh Deweese, Cylus Brown, Noah Albrecht, Alex Abernathy, Carter Ehrenhard, Preston Breckenridge, Ashlyn Adkinson, Bradley Brown, Kory Brockman, and Natalie Albertson.
Also Sully Person, Matthew Albrecht, Austin Westmoreland, Kaylor Grooms, Xander Brown, Kelsie Swallow, Jakobe Hall, Heaven Colyer, Riley Tomlin, Nicholas Swope, Simon Marble, Manual Ramirez, Noelle Marr, Karter Bankson, Kaloe Gilbert, Aiden Wanner, Isabella Hoffman, Marcus Turrado, Landon Ades, Brynn Small, and Mason Winchell.
Head coach is Kristen Bankson. Assistant coaches are Nicole Breckenridge, Missy Swallow, Elizabeth Miller, and Cliff Tucker.
