Students in Miss Sines' class completed their novel study over the book Hatchet. This week they worked on an engineering project. Students had to figure out how to make a paper airplane both fly and float, just like the plane that rescued Brian in the novel. Student Nick Palen came in first place by flying his plane 32 feet and having a successful float. Aiden Wanner came in 2nd place with a flight of 28 feet and a successful float.
