Breaking Barriers in History sparked a whole new meaning this year for National History Day. Several Evans Middle School TAG students submitted their projects virtually for the National History Day regional competition. Two projects were selected to advance to the State History Day, which will be held virtually in May. Projects included a Junior Group Website on "Breaking the Sound Barrier" created by Htoo Htoo Wah, Steven Blaine and Hayden Bates and an individual Junior Website on Breaking Barriers for "Iowa State Football" by Luke Thompson.
