Several students from Evans participated in the annual Battle of the Books on Tuesday, April 9. Twenty-five teams competed in the event designed to test knowledge of several books. The Evans' Red Team finished in second place. Team members were: Reese Bradford, Annika Hicks, Kaden Potter, Lydia Roling, Ellie Bishop, and Sam McElderry. The White Team finished in sixth. Team members were: Noah Trucano, Paige and Emily Grothe, Talise Plate, Jackyln Blackwell, and Zoe Kloppenburg.
