Leaders Take Stand Against Bullying

The Tomorrows Leader class at Evans Middle School was busy during the month of October talking to the student body about the different types of bullying and how to be an "Upstander" instead of a "Bystander". They visited every advisory and collected more than 800 signatures where students pledged that they will not participate in, and will stand up against bullying. They finished the month of October with an anti-bullying assembly for each grade levels. Their work will not stop when October. They are planning events to continue sending the message that bullying will not be tolerated. "NOT IN OUR SCHOOL, NOT IN OUR TOWN!"
