Socktober Collects Socks for Homeless

The Ottumwa High School Teen Outreach Program (TOP) students collected almost 800 pairs of socks during the month of October.  A huge shout out to students at Horace Mann who donated over 450 pairs of socks to support the effort. Socks will be donated to the area's homeless.
