Dalton Connery - Dalton is a member of the National Society of High School Scholars. He has spent 3 years on the OHS debate team and used those skills to address the mayor on the pit bull ban. Dalton plans to attend Iowa State and major in mechanical engineering. He hopes to own his own house and work for Tesla.
Favorite OHS memory - “Walking into the weight room with coach Curran, ready to lift and prepare a stronger version of myself for the next day. Lifting weights was a get-a-way from classes and was a way I could improve myself.”
Advice for underclassmen - “High School education may be boring and not interesting, but one day, it'll be something you reminisce about. Make the most of it you can now, so in the future you will remember all the exciting and fun parts.”
