Ciara Jones - Ciara served as the sergeant of arms of the student council and was the vice president of the 4OC sorority. She plans on attending the University of Northern Iowa for elementary education.
Favorite OHS memory - “My favorite memory is for sure the kid’s Christmas party student council put on, seeing the glow in those kid’s eyes was the most wholesome, heartwarming experience.”
Life lessons learned - “That even if you get behind, you can still reach your goals. Hard work will pay off.”
Most influential staff member - “Kelci Eakins, she has been my role model and has done so much for me and my peers. She’s always there even when she’s busy. The best person, hands down.”
Defining OHS experience - “The whole COVID shut down, being able to persevere shows not only how strong I am, but my class as a whole.”
Greatest high school accomplishment - “Getting all my silver cord hours and knowing that I put in that much work to benefit others.”
Advice for underclassmen - “PLEASE don’t forget to cherish the little things. Every single dance, sporting event, performance, and any other high school event will forever remain in your mind. It goes by so fast.”
