Iron Chef Competition - 4/26/21

On Friday, April 26th, six OHS culinary students participated in the annual Iron Chef Competition sponsored by Indian Hills. This year the theme of the competition was Jamaican cuisine. The OHS student’s menu included an appetizer (Fried Yuca Balls with Cilantro Lime Crema), a main entre (Jamaican Curry Chicken and Potatoes with rice and peas served with a side of callaloo), and a dessert (Traditional Jamaican Style Gizzada with mango sauce).
