Favorite OHS Memory - “All my experiences with the Art Club and dance team. I loved creating and performing.”
Greatest Accomplishment - “Taking dual credit classes.””
Biggest Challenge - “Learning to let go of mistakes and accept that my best does not always have to be all A's. If I do my absolute best and get a grade lower than an A, I'm still valid.”
Most Influential Teacher - “If I were to pick, I would say Mrs. Barnes, my freshman English teacher, had an impact on me. She not only helped me see my passion for writing, but my passion for art as well.”
What experience defined you? - “From freshman to the beginning of senior year, I knew what I was going to do for a career and then I completely changed my mind. That experience made me realize that not everything is set in place and that you will change and keep changing throughout life, and that is okay.”
Advice to Underclassmen - “Be respectful of others. You don't know their story. Everybody deserves happiness and so do you, so treat others the way you want to be treated. Do what makes you happy. Make your high school years enjoyable. Grades aren't everything but passion, determination, and hard work are. But remember, these four years will not matter later on, at least not as much as you think they will, so just enjoy them.”
