Tyler Brown
Tyler Brown - This senior went the extra mile to earn his Silver Cord by volunteering 146 hours above the requirement for a total of 346 hours of volunteer service. Tyler also found time to participate in golf, Intramurals, basketball, track, and tennis. He plans to attend the University of Iowa and major in Physical Therapy and possibly study sports medicine.
Leadership Experience - “I was a mentor for Mrs. Dehrkoop’s First LEGO League teams all four years of high school and was a leadership Intern for Camp Invention.”
Favorite OHS Memory - “Standing in the front row of the football and basketball games as a senior and just being in the student section in general.”
Most Influential Teacher - “All of my teachers helped shape my experience at OHS and helped me on my journey. I appreciate all of my teachers.”
Advice to Underclassmen - “Put yourself out there. Play a sport, do other activities, get to know people, and learn something new. It’s a great experience and a lot of fun.”
