According to OHS Family and Consumer Science instructor, Mandy Walker, American Home Finding Association's Chocolate Lovers event was a great success for the OHS students who catered the event.
"We prepared and served about 2,500 pieces of chocolate," said Walker. "Foods 2 classes dipped 500 strawberries alone!" she said. During the event, Bulldog Cafe students covered 20 pounds of bacon with chocolate and made about 500 mousse's. The opportunity provided students with first hand experience on what the back of the house looks like in the food service industry.
