The Ottumwa High School Student Council is hosting a Blood Drive on Wednesday, January 23 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the OHS cafeteria. To donate blood, you must be at least 16-years-old with parent permission or 17-years-old without parent permission, weigh at least 110 pounds, be in good health, and have not donated blood in the past 56 days.
