There are still openings for juniors and seniors interested in taking advantage of the Ottumwa district's newest initiative, SparkTank. The project-based program links students with local businesses, non-profits, and industry to work on authentic projects. The program is located at 325 E. Main, in downtown Ottumwa. It is a short 1 block from the high school.
Students interested in engineering or technology are encouraged to talk to their high school guidance counselor to see if the block schedule fits into their high school plan.
