10th Graders Offered ACT Prep for Free

Students in 10th grade have the opportunity to participate in an ACT Test Prep program facilitated by Cambridge Educational Services for FREE through Gear Up. The program will include taking a retired ACT test in February. Students will then get a report back with a score (on the standard 36 point ACT scale) plus specific subcategories so students know what they need to work on. Students will then have the option to attend study sessions during WIN time and after school to work on those areas where they didn't score as high. They will also have access to two workbooks, complete with more study questions, test taking tips, and strategies. This is an exceptional opportunity that would cost thousands of dollars on the retail market, available FOR FREE to the sophomore class at OHS.

Students MUST sign up before noon on Friday, February 2 to enroll. If you have any questions, please contact Barb Hanson, Gear Up Coordinator at [email protected].
