Three Ottumwa High School students will compete for a trip to Washington, D.C. through a competition sponsored by JAG. JAG is offering a National Student Leadership Academy that includes four national competitions. Competitions include Math Skills, Public Speaking, Project-Based Learning, and Employability Skills.
Students who will compete include Christian Miguel Garcia, Math Skills; and Abbigail Wright and Shaydon Probst, Project-Based Learning. They will compete with 27 other students for 20 spots on October 24 in Des Moines.
