Summer Programs Offer Free Meals

Ottumwa Community Schools is participating in the Summer Food Service Program.  All meals in all district summer programs will be provided to program attendees free of charge.

Acceptance and participation requirements for the Program and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.  Meals will be provided at the sites and times as follows:

  • Liberty/Prime Time Youth Care – June 2 to August 23
    • Breakfast at 8:30-9 a.m.; Lunch from 11 a.m. – noon
  • Douma - June 5-22
    • Breakfast at 8:45-9:15 a.m.; no lunch is being served
  • Ottumwa High School – June 5-July 7
    • Breakfast at 8-8:30 a.m.; Lunch from 11:30 a.m. - noon
  • Evans Middle School – June 5 -15
    • Breakfast at 8:45-9:15 a.m.; Lunch from 11:30 a.m. - noon

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at:
