Students Advance to State Speech

Students Advance to State Speech

The large group speech team started regional competition on Saturday with 65 students and 21 entries.  Ottumwa will advance 40 students and 10 categories on to State on February 6 at Cedar Rapids Kennedy High School.

"It was a VERY tough competition this year," said Natalie Saunders, speech coach. "We are lucky to have this many entries move on."
