The Ottumwa High School Broadway Bulldogs will perform the comedy, “Dearly Beloved,” on Thursday and Friday, October 6 and 7 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, October 9 at 3 p.m. in the OHS auditorium. Doors open 30 minutes prior to each performance. Tickets are $8.
The story revolves around a wedding. The Futrelle sisters, Frankie, Honey Raye and Twink, are throwing a wedding for Frankie’s daughter. The rumor mill in their small town is working overtime. The sisters have never been strangers to gossip. But Twink's desperate attempts to get her boyfriend of fifteen-and-one-half years down the aisle, Frankie's ongoing conversations with their dead mother, and Honey Raye's tendency to race to the altar at every opportunity have kept tongues wagging for years.

The play is directed by Natalie (Saunders) Dommer. Stage manager is Kalina Eskew* and assistant stage managers are Erica Mamlock and Jacob McDowell.
