Ottumwa High School junior, Jenn Culver, will perform at the All-State Festival at the University of Northern Iowa on Monday, March 27. She is one of 22 students in the state selected to perform in her category. "This a great honor for her, and one she has worked really hard to achieve," said Susan Gates, OHS speech coach.
Culver recently received a I rating for her Expository Address at the state speech competition.
