The OHS Bulldog Café will serve lunch two days this week, no fooling! The schedule allows students to learn what it is like to work in a restaurant daily.
The cafe will serve lunch on Wednesday, March 30. Located outside room 212, serving times are 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and noon. The menu will include green chicken enchilada or black bean and veggie enchilada, sopa fria, chocolate croissant, and a beverage.
On Friday, April 1, the café will serve broccoli and cheese soup, bacon and cheese cornbread salad, strawberry shortcake cupcake, and a beverage. Both meals are $6 each and are available for delivery for an additional $.50 per meal, without the beverage.
OHS students in the Culinary Entrepreneurial Opportunities class operate the café. Students are involved in all aspects of the restaurant. Reservations are required. To make a reservation, call 683-4444 x 1212 or send an email. All proceeds support the program.
