Teacher Appreciation Night has become one of the great traditions at Ottumwa High School. This year, 15 senior student-athletes will honor the teacher who has had the most positive influence on them during their school careers in Ottumwa. The students have written testimonials about the difference that their teachers have made in their lives. As the students escort their teachers onto the floor, these testimonials will be read between the girls' and boys' basketball games against Indianola on Friday, January 30. This will also be the culminating activity for the district's "Paws-itively Ottumwa" celebration.
