Rogers Signs with Upper Iowa

OHS senior, Noah Rogers, signed a national letter of intent to play baseball for Upper Iowa University. The first baseman is the son of Todd and Susan Rogers and plans to major in athletic training. He played for the Bulldogs for four years.
