Ottumwa High School has announced the valedictorians for the Class of 2016. Sixteen students earned a 4.0 GPA, including: Alec Black, Danaica Brown, James Gardner, Georgia Garrett, Ellie Hammack, Jessica Horvath, Morgan Kirby, Johnny Malicoat, Matthew Moreland, and Sam Moreland. Also Kelsey Peyton, Zachary Ray, Kaleigh Schreiner, Linda Voigt, Roxana Zeledon, and Rachel Zingg.
