Ottumwa High School is modifying their Parent Teacher Conference plan to provide more room and privacy for students and parents attending conferences. According to Principal Mark Hanson the new plan will adjust where parents meet with teachers.
On Tuesday, teachers will be stationed in three locations for parents:
Freshman Academy Teachers - Meet parents in the OHS library
Industrial Tech, Fine Arts, and JROTC teachers - Meet parents in Room 273
All other grades and subjects - Meet parents in the OHS cafeteria
On Thursday, teachers will meet with parents in their classrooms beginning at 1 p.m. In the evening from 5-8 p.m., the locations will shift back to the Tuesday schedule. Please note there are NO conferences Thursday morning due to professional development.
