OHS will be represented at the Iron Chef Competition at Indian Hills on Friday, October 25. Members of the team are: Brooke Hilt, Reilly Mitchell, Tristan Rhodes, Ashley Schooley, Sydney Swallow, and Jackie Victoria. They will prepare an appetizer, entree and dessert in a two-hour time period to be presented to judges. The team will be preparing pumpkin soup with cranberry drizzle, quail with honey glaze, wild rice and sautéed brussel sprouts with apples and finish with an apple, cranberry, and pear crisp.
