The Trap Shoot Team shot at a tournament in Waukee hosted by Des Moines on Saturday and despite a 30 minute delay due to lightning, they shot well!
Second Place Varsity Squad - Cory Clark, Jake McCall, Abe Parker, Andy McMullin and Dakota Bix with a combined score of 223. Second Place Intermediate Squad - Brae Simmers, Ryan Klein, Josh Goben, Olivia Parker and Zach Ross with a combined score of 178.
The hosting school did not give out awards to individuals, only to the squads. If individual awards had been given, Ryan Klein would have placed 1st in the Intermediate division! Ottumwa competes again at home on May 14 and at Ankeny on May 21.
