Who - All seniors (with parents) planning to attend any college during the 2016-2017 school year
What - FAFSA Completion for all Seniors
When - Tuesday, April 19, 5:30 - 8:00PM (process takes about 30 minutes)
Where - OHS Computer Lab, enter Caferteria doors
Why - Financial Aid (Institution scholarships, grants, work study and loans) is based on completion of this online application
No excuses - Food will be provided, child care will be provided, walk in not started and walk out done
Things students need to bring:
- SSN, Driver's licence number, date of birth
- 2015 federal and state tax returns (or 2014 if not filed), W-2 forms or your last pay stub from 2015 if you haven't filed
- Today's balance in your checking, savings, and investment accounts
- Records of untaxed income received in 2015
- 2015 business and farm records
- Alien registration number, if not a US citizen
- Child support paid and/or received
