Several OHS students recently volunteered at the Ottumwa Fire Station to install batteries in smoke detectors. The American Red Cross, in partnership with the fire department, installed the smoke detectors over this past weekend to anybody who was in need of one.
Students included: Juan Andrade, Lizbeth Rodriguez, Kathy Pimentel, Meryem El Maanaoui, Maria Andrade and Isaac Bradford pictured with Ottumwa Fire Chief, Tony Miller.
