Rupp Signs Letter of Intent

Seth Rupp signs a national letter of intent.

OHS senior, Seth Rupp, signed a national letter of intent to play football for Iowa Western in Council Bluffs. Rupp, an offensive tackle, has lettered in both football and basketball during his years at OHS. He is the son of Richard Rupp.
