Ottumwa High School and ACA conferences will be held on Tuesday, November 15, from 4 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and Thursday, November 17, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 4-7 p.m. On Tuesday and Thursday evenings, parents should sign in at the table outside the Welcome Center door (Room 105) to pick up report cards and sign the Conference Contact Information sheet. Teachers will be available at tables in the OHS cafeteria; no appointments are necessary.
On Thursday, OHS teachers will be in their classrooms for 10-minute drop-in sessions from 8 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Parents can pick up their student’s report card and sign the Conference Contact Information sheet at the table outside the Welcome Center door (Room 105) prior to visiting classrooms.
In preparation for 2017-2018 eRegistration (online), parents who have not created a Parent Account in PowerSchool will be asked to complete this process. You will be directed to a computer lab to create your account required for registration.
ACA parents need to call 683-1342 for an appointment. ACA conferences will be held at the Indian Hills airport location, 15260 Truman Street.
English Language Learner (ELL) conferences will be held at OHS all day on Thursday only. Parents should contact Juanita Zavala at (641) 683-4444, ext. 2527 to set up a conference time. ELL families should go directly to the Welcome Center (room 105) to meet with an interpreter.
