Several OHS trapshooters placed in the Southeast Iowa Trap shooting Conference this past weekend. Results for the conference shoot include: Dakota Bix, JV Champion--Top Male; Cory Clark, JV second place; and Sam Jacobs, JV fourth place.
The students also competed in the Southeast Iowa Trap Shooting Conference Tournament. The top OHS squad had the highest total over all other teams competing and Cory Clark was the JV champion with a perfect 50. Other tournament results include: Brayar Bell, JV, second place; and Abe Parker, JV, fifth place.
The team will compete at state competition in early June, participating in both the Scholastic Clay Target Program and the Iowa State Trapshooting Association tournaments.
