Hello 2019-2020 Families!
I have either talked to or emailed with most of you this week, but I would like to say again how much I have appreciated your support with Google Classroom work, with connecting your child via phone, email or Zoom, and for your flexibility and patience with the sudden shift in our school year. Here are a few pieces of information about summer online access and communication:
Google Classroom Access: Students will be able to access our Google Classroom through June 26th. After that, student access will be closed for the summer. I will be adding links and resources to my class website for summer review or activities that families and students can access through the summer on the Student Resources page: https://www.mukilteoschools.org/Page/10771 I anticipate having this page updated by the end of the day on Monday (6/22). I highly recommend checking out the National Parks exploration page and the animal cams for the zoo and aquarium!
Summer emailing/communication: Over the summer, I will check my email every once in a while, but not as frequently as I do during the school year. If your child would like to check in, you and your child can feel free to email any time and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I always love hearing how my former students are doing! 😊 I know that the district is working hard on plans for next school year. Please keep an eye out for emails from the district regarding the fall throughout the summer.
