Mr. James Cleland
I grew up on a farm in the Mid-West. The Mississippi River Valley was my home for the first nineteen years of my life, and a place I return to twice a year. The virtues of hard work and a supportive community lend themselves well to the classroom. I have lived in the Bay Area for 21 years and is now the place I call my home. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, shopping at the Farmer's Market, hiking, as well as reading and attending performing arts events.
This is my 17th year of teaching and my experience spans all grade levels, although the majority of my experience has been in middle school classrooms. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and feel so fortunate to be among this great community.
