Intent to Graduate Form 

All 2023-2024 graduates must complete the Intent to Graduate Form, which is available now (see attached).    Students can drop it off at the office or email it to shardin@mauryk12.org

Cap & Gown Orders

Students must complete the Intent to Graduate form.  In doing so, you will also be ordering a cap and gown for graduation.  The fee is $45. Please write checks to "Jostens".
