Hi! My name is Maureen Fiefia and I am thrilled to teach 6th grade at Millville this year. I grew up in Pennsylvania before moving to Logan. I attended Utah State University, where I was able to play my favorite sport, soccer! I have taught 2nd grade and ESL in various schools throughout the district. I love to meet new people, learn new things, and have FUN. I have a husband and 4 children. We love to be outside and adventurous. I love to run, hike, ski, camp/backpack, play pickleball and watch my kids in their activities. You might also find me on the sidelines of a soccer field coaching. If I could have one wish, it would be that I could snap my fingers and make things appear and disappear like Mary Poppinsl. I hope to bring excitement and joy to your child's education.

I grew up in Smithfield and now reside in Nibley with my two children and Chihuahua. I helped build my own house plus four others with a community home-building program. I enjoy challenges and learning new things. I like to be outside working in my yard and watching my kids play. I enjoy getting lost in a book and love to reread my favorites (Harry Potter is the best!). In 2015 I graduated from Utah State University and have been teaching at Millville ever since. I’m so grateful to be able to teach at such an amazing school!
