I am excited to teach Kindergarten at Millville Elementary! I have been a preschool teacher for many years, and most recently taught the All Day Kindergarten class at Millville. I have a master’s degree in Elementary Teaching and a bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies with an emphasis in child development. Early childhood education is my passion! I love teaching and making learning hands on and fun for my students! My teaching philosophy is that all students can learn and I am committed to helping each of my students feel successful as they learn and grow in my classroom. I am  married to Brett Christensen and we have 4 fabulous boys Erik, Cameron, Austin and Ethan. In my spare time I love to read, shop, watch movies, and spend time with my family.

My name is Jennifer Jones and I teach Kindergarten at Millville. I graduated from Utah State University in the winter of 2002. I taught for one year in Weber school district but wanted to come home to Cache Valley. I have had the pleasure of teaching Kindergarten at Millville since 2004. I love teaching Kindergarten. Each year it is so fun to see how the students develop and grow. I love watching as they become independent and learn how to get along with others. I enjoy helping each child reach his or her full potential. When I am not at school, some of the things that I like to do are read, spend time with my family, travel, drink a nice cold Coke Zero, crochet and go out to dinner. I love working at Millville. It is an amazing place to be.
