I have a dual degree in elementary and special education, and I have loved teaching here at Millville! I love this community and teaching this age and wanted to teach fourth grade from the time I was a fourth grader! I grew up in Logan, Utah, and now I live in Hyde Park, Utah with my husband, Eric, and 3 daughters. Breanna is 20 years old, Courtnee is 17 years old, and Delaynie is 14 years old. Together, our initials are A, B, C, D, E! In my spare time, I love to run marathons; I have run over 40 of them! I also enjoy reading and spending time with my family doing anything outdoors. My favorite part of teaching is watching my students learn and grow each year!

I am Mr. Walker. I am a 4th grade teacher here at Millville. I graduated from USU a few years back and graduated in elementary education and minored in chemistry. I spent 6 years studying biology before deciding my place was in an elementary classroom where I could share my love of learning and experiences with children.  My wife, LaRecia is also a teacher and teaches at Nibley Elementary. I enjoy various outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, skiing, snowboarding, backpacking, paintballing, surfing, and swimming. Sports I love playing include pickleball, racquetball, softball, and basketball. A few hobbies and favorite pastimes include woodworking, photography, watching movies with my family, reading, and an occasional videogame. I absolutely love learning new things and sharing experiences with others. What I incessantly teach my students and firmly believe is this: The key to life is reading.
