I have been an educator for 13 years, but a student for a lifetime! It has been my life’s fortune to teach 3^rd, 6^th and 1^st grade all throughout Utah. I was raised in Oakley, ID then moved to Utah to attend Utah State University and never looked back. I enjoy hiking, reading books of all genres and age groups, and cooking. In the teacher off season, I enjoy spontaneous adventures that take me to random places, a good theater production, or a live sporting event.

This is my nineteenth year teaching at Millville Elementary.  Even though the first 9 were in the 5^th grade, I absolutely love third graders! I am originally from a small town in Nebraska and love to watch and attend Nebraska Cornhusker football games!  I live here in Millville with my husband Ernie and our three children: Denaeyer, Sierra, and Mckoy.  I love being with family, hunting, fishing, shopping, farming, scrap booking and especially teaching!

My name is Jill Knighton and I teach third grade! I am originally from Richfield, Utah. I am married to Cole Knighton and we have 4 awesome kids. Hunter, Tayson, Jace, and Oakley!
