Mountain Biking 201- Endurance Trail RidingCourse Description
Disclaimer- this course is for ADVANCED mountain bike riders. MTB 201- Endurance Trail Riding will focus on trail riding etiquette, navigation of local trails, nutrition for riding longer distances, proper hydration, and pacing for fitness gain or competitive advantage. To be accepted into this course, students will need the recommendation of a NICA coach, or successfully complete MTB 101 and be approved by Coach Shively. Rides will last about 2 hours, be roughly 15 miles in length, and include many elevation changes. If rain report to Northside Coulee Montessori.
