The mission of Summit Environmental School is to provide students with a solid educational foundation in the core academic areas with an environmental focus integrated throughout the curriculum.  The school is located on French Island, which is nestled amongst the river and bluffs of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Summit Environmental emphasizes hands-on, outdoor experiences for our students using a variety of outdoor education spaces established on the school site.
