La Crosse Polytechnic is a charter school authorized by the La Crosse School District. La Crosse Polytechnic is a tuition-free public school and does not discriminate in admission or retention on the grounds of age, race, color, national origin, religion, creed, handicap, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or physical condition.  A school application for all students is required as part of the admissions process. Should applications exceed the capacity of the school, a random lottery will be held to ensure a fair enrollment process
